Classes for Moms
We have a 4-week Postpartum Core Strength program that is offered every 4-8 weeks. You can bring your baby along with you. Scroll down for more details.
We offer options to continue classes in the first year of your baby’s life doing workouts with them (as your weight) or with them nearby (see photo above).
*Please note: our regular LIFT classes are not appropriate for bringing your baby.

Motherhood changes everything—including your body. Whether you’re six weeks or six months postpartum, this class is designed to help you safely rebuild your core, restore confidence, and get back to doing the activities you love—without second-guessing if you’re “doing it right.”
And because early motherhood can feel isolating, you’ll be surrounded by other moms who truly get it.
What’s Included in the 4-week Program?
This small-group class is for women who are at least 6 weeks postpartum and offers everything you need to feel supported and strong:
4 Weekly Sessions – 45 minutes each, with expert coaching.
Demo Videos – Follow along at home with guided workouts (homework assigned weekly).
Breathing & Posture Cues – Learn how to reconnect with your core and move optimally.
Return-to-Activity Guidance – Running, strength training, yoga, triathlon, or whatever you love.
Curated Resources – Local and virtual postpartum wellness resources to support your journey.
Why enroll in our 4-Week Class?
Whether you delivered vaginally or via c-section, your abdominals went through intense stretching and stress during pregnancy. Recovery looks different for every woman, but learning how to move well postpartum is essential for everyone. For c-section moms, gentle scar massage is often a key part of healing, and we’ll show you how to do it and provide a list of pelvic physical therapists in the area.
It’s no wonder that postpartum fitness feels confusing—this information should be common knowledge and part of standard care, but it isn’t. The fitness industry shifts constantly, making it difficult to know where to start. Our 4-week series program is designed to take away the guesswork and give you clear, practical steps to regain your strength without fear of doing harm.
It’s never too late to rebuild your core. Whether you’re just weeks postpartum or decades past childbirth, you can still benefit from core-focused training. Some of our clients are only six weeks into motherhood, while others are 20+ years postpartum. If you’re several years beyond childbirth, we may begin with a one-on-one session to ensure your unique needs are addressed.
We understand that many women are afraid of making things worse or getting injured while trying to get back into fitness. That’s why we take a careful, evidence-based approach to every class. As both a mom of three and an athlete, I’ve learned the hard way what works and what doesn’t. I also collaborate closely with physical therapists and midwives to deliver the safest, most effective programming possible.
