After teaching at various local studios—and even in the ballroom of a local country club—I’m thrilled to now offer yoga in my very own Delmar studio. This space was created with one goal in mind: to help you feel grounded, strong, and at peace.

Kundalini Yoga classes with Kim & Bob

Kundalini yoga is a practice with a flow of its own.  It includes movement, breath techniques, meditation, chanting, and a live gong relaxation to end each class.

There are hundreds of kundalini yoga sets called kriyas. Each kriya is designed with a focus. It could be to strengthen the core, stimulate the digestive system, or even to release fear and anxiety.  Each class is very different depending on the focus at hand. You do not need any experience for Kundalini yoga; only an open mind and heart. Kim is accompanied by her husband Bob on the guitar bringing live music to her classes.

Kim Muncil is a 500/hr certified Kundalini yoga and meditation instructor, a certified Breath Coach, and a Yin Yoga teacher.  For several years she taught at HeartSpace yoga studio in Albany.
